Acceptance
By using toolkitmaple.click or engaging Toolkit Maple for consulting, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
Services described
Pages describing consultations, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text and design, is owned by Toolkit Maple or its licensors. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s agreement. You may not copy site materials for commercial reuse without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting consultations.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), Toolkit Maple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on general information published here. For paid work, liability terms in the statement of work prevail.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (TW). Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, unless a separate engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
